The iPhone 17e is a smartphone designed and marketed by Apple, announced on March 2, 2026, and released later that month as the successor to the iPhone 16e — confirming the annual spring "e" cadence as lineup policy. It repeats the formula with the 17 generation's parts: the A19 chip, 8 GB of RAM and full Apple Intelligence support, the 48-megapixel "2-in-1" Fusion camera, and the Apple C1X modem — the e-tier again serving as proving ground for Apple's newest radio silicon on its way up the lineup.

The 16e's anonymous flat-aluminum formula continued: notched 6.1-inch OLED, single rear lens without a plateau, Action Button, USB-C, IP68, at essentially unchanged dimensions.
