Apple Park is the ring: a mile-around circle of curved glass in Cupertino, Steve Jobs's final product, pitched to the city council months before his death and opened in 2017. Designed with Foster + Partners, it runs on 100 percent renewable energy under one of the world's largest solar roofs, set in 175 acres of drought-tolerant parkland where orchards replaced asphalt.

The campus is Apple's self-portrait in architecture — obsessive tolerances, whole-building breathing ventilation, four-story glass doors — and its public stage: the sunken Steve Jobs Theater hosts the keynotes, the Visitor Center's roof deck gives tourists their ring photo, and every Apple Event drone shot begins here.
