The Austin Campus is Apple's billion-dollar bet on Texas: a 133-acre site announced in 2018 and opened in 2022, three miles from the original [[Riata Vista Circle]] operations center. Built to grow toward 15,000 people, it stands as Apple's largest presence outside Cupertino — complete with its own hotel and preserved blackland prairie.
